Rapid Review Research Funding
NSW Circular is excited to announce its Rapid Review Research Funding, which seeks to harness the capabilities of NSW universities to address critical circular economy challenges facing NSW industry, government and communities. These rapid reviews will contribute to NSW Circular’s work in setting out the evidence – state of play, opportunities and next steps – on priority topics to advance the circular economy in NSW.
NSW Circular is funding four Rapid Reviews in alignment with four of their Taskforces and their core objectives:
- Finance & Investment,
- NSW Government, and
- Precincts & Infrastructure.
Each Taskforce will release a Circular Challenge they wish to have explored through a rapid research review, offering $17k funding to each selected research team, as determined through an EOI process.
The NSW Circular Taskforces bring together industry and research to help secure the social, economic and environmental benefits of transitioning to a circular economy. See each Taskforce’s Challenge Statement and Rapid Review overview below.
